Go shawty, 'ish yo burfday

It was a Monday morning, when I had my classes in Segi, and I bought a second hand Sony Ericsson phone from a friend of mine. Its a W960i model. I felt that sense of accomplishment, for finally owning something thats mine. I guess its worth all the scolding when I got back. Here's a few pics.

Later Ying Wai, Shao Li, Jamie, Wai Ling, JC, Yee Sing, Wai Hou and I went to Sushi King in Summit for lunch/birthday celebration for Jamie. Thanks Wai Hou again for making the cake. It was a chocolate chip cheese cake. And it was delicious. Here are some pics that I took with my *ahem* new phone.

After finishing the cake, Wai Hou and I have to leave to continue our classes, while the others watched "The Princess and the Frog". After my class, I went back to Summit to meet up with them again and I saw Wai Hou again. After we meet up, we left to play pool upstairs. Here are the pics.

*ahem*

another stylo pic.

thats Yee Sing with my 宝贝.

Jamie looking mesmerized.

She definitely looks frustrated.

The Afterlife

Last night, I had a lot of time to think about this matter. Seeing that I had a Mexican Iced Coffee for dinner and that an acquaintance of mine just passed away that evening. As I lay down on my bed, I start thinking how would the afterlife be like. Would there be Heaven or hell, would we roam the world as spirits. Or would we all just.... fade away? I believe everything is just the same as before we were born, unaware of any happenings. Similar to a small cup of water, it cannot contain any water before it is made, unable to contain any memory. Once the cup is made, it can store water, but limited. If we attempt to pour any extra, it will overflow. And when our body dies, so will its memories as it is no longer capable of containing any memory. And as for ghost who haunts people for what they had did in the past, I guess all that is bullshit. Even if there's 70+ virgin when they suicide, I wonder what they are going to do with all of them.

Thanks Ping Ying for some info.

A lil update

Ok, so before Marcus comes in screaming: "Update!!!", I'm gonna update myself a lil bit before he could have that chance. Well, its been really busy these few weeks, assignments still not really moving. Kinda lost in class esp in accounting class. Today, some MQA officers were in the class to evaluate how this lecturer is teaching. During the period that they were there, he taught pretty clearly. Just as soon as they left, I have no idea what he is blabering about. The day before, the same officers were also in Segi to interview us, and guess what.. Segi actually bribed us all with KFC. Some of the students even went Sushi King and claim from Segi. Guess it was worth it as I walloped a lot, 3 chickens, 1 box of cheesy wedges and 1 cup of double-shot mashed potatoes. Well, y'all should be coming back in about 2 weeks time right? I gotta take a leave from my work. Lets hope its worth it.

Flying fire

It was just another typical Friday night when after I came back from badminton, as usual, was very tired. After having my dinner and my bath, I went to sleep soon after. And when I was just about to close my eyes, a light just flew by. As though something was burning in mid-air. Well, I'm just an ordinary urban boy, such things is pretty rare esp in my room. So, I hurried to get my camera and start taking pics like and utter idiot. But unfortunately, some of the pics turned out to be a .raw file, and I believe its corrupted because i couldn't convert it to .jpeg format like I once could before. On the following Sunday, I was hurrying to go to work in SS2 when it rained. When i was tying my shoe, I saw the most beautiful thing nature every made. It was a sack filled with spores on a dead tree trunk in my house.. again. And as the rain pour down, the spores are hurled into the air and transported. It was really an unbelievable scene, as though I'm in a jungle itself. But, I was already kinda late for my work, so I couldn't take any pics of that beautiful scene. Perhaps I would drop everything just to take this amazing picture first next time.

After some time, I was really exhausted and I kept my camera while the firefly was still flying around my room. On the next morning, I found it dead on my floor. Just inches away from where I last saw it.
